Thank you for your interest in the Warriors Choice Foundation Resiliency Program — our six-week program built to strengthen coping capacity and resilience, and the starting point for everything we offer. Veterans and first responders attend free. This short form just lets us know you are interested; a member of our team will follow up with the next steps, including a more detailed intake form.
